I got 4 trips in this year -

First up was the Lower Owens in February with a friend of mine, Tony.  He's an expert nymph fisherman, so I spent an hour or so just watching him fish to learn.  I did alright after that on nymphs.  When a dry fly hatch came off in the early afternoon, that's where my skills came through.  It was a nice trip with a really cool guy that I don't get to see often enough.

The second trip was to Walker Lake in very early April.  Travis, CJ (our nephew), Steve and I.  As par for the course, we had nice weather and cold, snowy, windy weather.  Didn't matter, we had a good time.

Third trip was up to the Eastern Sierras by myself in June.  I don't mind going alone, I get to explore and do a bit more float tubing.  I visited a few new lakes - Lundy & Trumball and thoroughly enjoyed myself.

The fourth trip was in late September with my long-time friend Darrel.  We had a good, relaxing time and caught some fish, too.
